Fertility Massage in Utrecht
Are you looking for fertility massage in Utrecht?
Shiatsu massage supports your body and mind during your fertility journey, including after miscarriage or alongside IVF trajectory. The sessions focus on deep relaxation, body awareness and tension release in your abdomen.

The benefits from a Shiatsu fertility massage
During Shiatsu fertility massage, you can experience the following benefits:
Support for your body
Connection with the lower abdomen
Shiatsu brings awareness to the pelvic and abdominal area, helping you feel more connected to this part of your body.
Deeper abdominal massage is only offered during the follicular phase of your menstrual cycle, and when the body is ready for it.
Releasing tensions
Using acupuncture points and meridians, shiatsu works with the body as a whole. Areas such as the back, hips, shoulders and legs are often included to support overall energy flow.
Emotional and nervous system support
Rest and regulation
Experience deep relaxation, which can be especially supportive during a fertility journey, where tension, stress or constant focus may be present.
Emotional support
Find a safe space to share your emotions.
Attentive and supportive touch helps your body integrate your experience.
Personalised care
Each shiatsu fertility journey starts with a first intake, allowing time to understand your history, your current situation and where you are in your menstrual cycle.
Sessions are adapted to your journey, including support after miscarriage or alongside IVF treatment, with particular attention to stress, fatigue and treatment side effects.
During follow-up sessions, shiatsu is adjusted to your cycle and needs, and I may share simple visualisations or Qi Gong movements to support relaxation and body awareness between treatments.
What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a Japanese manual therapy that works with gentle, focused pressure on the body. The treatment supports the body’s natural balance by paying attention to breathing, posture, and energy pathways (meridians).
Before pregnancy, shiatsu is carefully adapted to your cycle and what your body and mind need at that moment.
If you would like to learn more about the principles of shiatsu, you can read more on the What is shiatsu page.
Shiatsu is an holistic and complementary therapy that supports your well-being, but for any concerns or doubts, your GP remains the primary resource.
Practical information
A Shiatsu massage is given on a clothed body. The treatment takes place on a futon ( Japanese mat) and uses pillows that support the body in an adequate manner.
The cost of a shiatsu treatment is often partially refunded by health insurers in their extras packages. Check here
